My photography journey starts in 2013 while spending a few months in Nairobi, Kenya. I was amazed at how my images impacted people and decided to major in photojournalism at Penn State. A year later, I officially started Hannah Leigh Photography during my senior year of college. I moved my business to Baltimore, MD for a few years and found my focus in wedding photography.
Being a photographer is a true privilege. I’ve met some of the most incredible people, traveled to some amazing places and made life long friends. I love being able to photograph weddings because it allows couples to be present and experience their wedding day without worrying about documenting it. My goal is always to capture the moment so you can be in it.
Now based out of San Francisco, CA — I’m stoked to be photographing couples in one of the most beautiful places in the world. From the Golden Gate Bridge, to the stunning views of Yosemite — I’m so excited to get the backdrop of California and YOU in front of my camera 😍📸
Other than photography, I’m super into rock climbing, trail running, snowboarding, biking, traveling and going to music festivals! When I tire myself out, which happens often — My guilty pleasure is paint by numbers and reality TV 😂
