Step One: Your wedding day should be as unique and special as you are, so let’s set up a time to talk about how to make that happen. Once you make contact with me as a San Francisco Wedding Photographer or the Baltimore Wedding Photographer Team, we will get back to you within 48 hours to discuss dates, package options and pricing, and set up a phone meeting to discuss details.

Booking

Step Two: Let’s make it official! Whether you book with me as your San Francisco Wedding Photographer or you book with our Baltimore Wedding Photographer Team, a $1,500 non-refundable retainer and a signed contract will secure your wedding day.

Planning

Step Three: Once you have secured your date and photography team, let’s ensure your special day is just like you want it to be. You will be sent an online bridal guide with planning tips and advice. Next, we will customize a timeline for your wedding day. Communication is always open and as a San Francisco Wedding Photographer and a Baltimore Wedding Photographer Team, we bring over 500 hours of experience with East and West Coast venues and vendors, so don’t hesitate to ask questions.

Engagement Session

Step Four: Save-the-date postcards and/or wedding invitations capturing your love in a photo is on trend. I would love to be your engagement photographer! Let’s chat about booking a gorgeous engagement session to get those classic photographs with plenty of time for you to use them as you need. Sunset is perfect for these photos, so we aim to typically start two hours before sunset to capture that gorgeous, glowing light. Plan to bring two different outfits--one casual and one nicer one. Your images will be delivered via an online gallery.

Wedding Day

Final Step: Celebrate! Put down your phone, enjoy the moment and leave documenting the magic up to us. As a San Francisco Wedding Photographer and a Baltimore Wedding Photographer Team, we will capture all of the moments of your day without keeping you from experiencing any of them. So dance the night away with complete trust that your celebration is fully captured.

Elopement

Who doesn’t love the intimacy and privacy of an elopement? As your elopement photographer, you won’t even know I’m there! I’ll be sure to capture your moment while ensuring the intimacy you desire is not compromised.

Online Delivery and Prints

Within eight weeks of your wedding day, your wedding photos will be delivered via an online gallery. Wondering how to share your photos with friends and family? You and your family can order professional quality prints directly from an online gallery created just for you.

Albums

A quick post to social media does not do your story justice. Each moment from your day deserves to be cherished for generations! Albums and prints are the single best way to transfer your photos from digital copies hidden on your phone, to copies shared with the real world time and time again. Parent albums are available, as well. Be sure to ask how to add those to your package.
